These first outfits all appear in the Fab-lu booklet. I’ve seen several versions of most of these outfits, and they came in an unusual array of variation fabrics. Some outfits (presumably the earliest ones) were packaged with booklets, but it is more usual to find Bill outfits without a booklet included.
The outfits below (with blue backing card instead of red) do not appear in the Fab-Lu booklet, so were presumably released later.
